Moving your body does not need to be punishment. Moving from a place of empowerment and embodiment will not only make your physical body feel better, but will help you live life on every level from a place of radical self acceptance.

If you’re new to movement or are looking to deepen your practice, I will meet you exactly where you’re at. Whether you’re wanting to practice yoga, strength training, mat pilates, or barre, I approach each modality from a lens of embodiment and connection.
